"State Farm has always been very easy to work with, as I have been a client for more than 40 years. I have over the years stayed with Bellevue branch where I started and have 3 agent I worked with thru these years. Karen Chow is now my agent but recently I had the pleasure of working with Lila. "I just switched to this agency from another agency because they are located closer to where I live. In my dealings with them so far, I have found them to be professional and responsive. A shout out in particular to Ana Volkava, who was very helpful in getting me a new policy I needed. Update: After dealing with this agency for quite some time now, I just wanted to add that they have always been very helpful whenever I’ve contacted them, whether to inquire about a new policy or an existing claim.
