"We had an extremely pleasant experience working with Natalie Sit. We recently moved to WA. After spending two days looking around for insurances, we found Karen's phone number online yesterday at noon. Natalie answered the call. We felt so welcomed talking to her. She is very patient, carefully listening to and addressing our questions and needs. Not only so, Natalie was prompt in sending us the quotes and following up with us. Late yesterday afternoon we decided to purchase insurances from State Farm. Natalie worked overtime till well after 6pm to make sure that all our binders, temporary ID cards, and policies were ready for us. Natalie is honest, helpful, and very personable.
