❤️ Meet Karen Chow

I was born and raised in Hong Kong and moved to the United States in 1996. After spending 15 years in Dallas, Texas, I relocated to Seattle in 2011, and the Pacific Northwest has been home ever since.

Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent approximately 20 years working in IT, digital transformation, and innovation with global organizations. My career included technical and strategic leadership roles across multiple countries.

One of my most meaningful professional experiences was serving as Head of People Change & Innovation at one of the largest life insurance companies in the Asia-Pacific region, where I helped lead innovation and organizational change across 13 countries.

Throughout my career, I've always been passionate about helping people, building relationships, and making a positive impact. Those experiences shaped the values I bring to my agency today: integrity, adaptability, empathy, and genuine care for others.

Becoming a State Farm agent and opening my own business was a dream come true, allowing me to continue doing what I love while serving my community.

A Little More About Me 🌿

I've been married to my husband, Ivan, since 2017, and I'm fortunate to have him as one of our wonderful agency team members!

We enjoy spending time with family, hiking, exploring national parks, and traveling together.

One of our favorite destinations is Japan, which holds a very special memory for us. Ivan and I became engaged at the summit of Mount Fuji while watching the sunrise—an unforgettable experience!

Whether we're exploring new places or enjoying the beauty of the Pacific Northwest, family and meaningful experiences remain at the heart of what matters most to me.
