I was born and raised in Hong Kong. I moved to the United States in 1996, lived in Dallas, TX for 15 years and moved to Seattle in 2011 where I call it Home.

Prior to starting my State Farm journey, I have been in the IT Digital and Innovation Field since 2002, working for several large and global corporations in technical and strategic roles across different countries. My specialties range from digital transformation, innovation, people change and adoption. My most recent role was the Head of People Change & Innovation at one of the largest life insurance companies in Asia Pacific, where I led and oversaw innovation and organizational change in 13 countries.

Helping people through my experiences and making positive impact are always my focus and passion. My 20-years career before State Farm has made me become a well-rounded, hands-on professional with strong values of integrity, adaptability, empathy, and relationship that I apply in both my personal and professional lives. Now being able to continue my passion and having my own business for the very first time is a dream come true.

On a personal side, I have been married to my husband Ivan since 2017 – he is also one of my amazing Team Members here! We have a 12-year-old Chihuahua, Mocha who rules the world (he thinks). Ivan and I enjoy time with family, hiking, and traveling. During the summer, we like to explore new trails and national parks where we have not been before. When traveling, we usually plan a hiking day there to explore the country from a nature perspective. Our favorite country is Japan, and we were engaged at the summit of Mt. Fuji while watching sunrise.
